Make an AI voiceover that sounds ready to publish

Prepare the script, test tricky words and regenerate only the passages that need work.

What you’ll finish with A checked narration file with consistent pronunciation and pacing.

The walkthrough

  1. Edit the script for listening

Read it aloud first. Shorten long sentences, spell out ambiguous abbreviations and decide how dates and numbers should sound. A script that reads well silently can be awkward as narration.

  2. Test a short passage

Use a few sentences containing the hardest names and the most important change in tone. Choose a voice you have permission to use. Adjust pronunciation and pacing before generating the complete script.

  3. Work in manageable sections

Keep voice and generation settings consistent. Split longer work at natural paragraph breaks so a mistake does not require regenerating everything. Listen to the joins when combining sections.

  4. Check the finished file

Listen all the way through against the script. Check omitted words, number pronunciation, abrupt pauses and changes in volume. Confirm the chosen plan permits your intended distribution before publishing.

Text to start with

Replace the bracketed sections with your own details.

Script to prepare for narration: [paste script]. Keep the meaning, shorten sentences that are difficult to say aloud, and list names, abbreviations and numbers that need a pronunciation decision. Do not add new claims. Use this in a writing assistant before sending the finished script to the speech tool.

Check the result

  • Do names and numbers sound correct?
  • Are joins and volume changes distracting?
  • Are voice permission and distribution rights in place?

Before paying

Compare the allowance with your finished audio needs, including retakes. Check commercial usage and voice features on the current pricing page rather than assuming every plan includes them.
